How can my Agent Help me?

When you visit model homes in a development of new construction, leave your Agent's information (card). As in any home purchase, it is important to be represented in the negotiation.

Remember that a Buyer's Agent is typically paid by the Seller or Builder. It is in your best interest to have an Agent's knowledge and expertise on your side.
